The Project Management pathway is designed for those project leaders who are in charge of planning, organising, and optimising resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Apart from functional knowledge of project management skills with up-to-date tools and techniques in the areas of scope, time, quality and budget, this programme also focus on leading the project team and enhancing both professional and management skills.
The field of project management is highly practical for individuals who are already in the field of engineering, contruction & development, architecture, construction, I.T. and public administration with responsbilities of effective project planning and execution. This programme is designed to bolster their knowledge and increase prospects for career advancement. |

50% of the modules are taught by UCD Faculty lecturers and professors, while the rest by international associates |

Each module will be delivered independently over a 9 week period. Each module is provided with 24 hours of seminars and workshops (6 consecutive sessions of 4 hours each) after office hours in the evening and/or over weekends/public holidays. |

Entry Requirement

A minimum 2nd class honours degree in business or a related discipline; OR |

An honours Higher Diploma in Business Studies; OR |

A primary degree with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience; OR |

A professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience |

Applications may also be considered on the basis of work experience alone. In this case, a minimum of 3 years work experience in a business related area and at management level or above must be met |

Candidates who do not comply with the fee schedule will not be permitted to proceed with the programme.
Refund Policy
 |
All fees paid less application fee will be refunded if the course is withdrawn or not offered. On premature cessation of the course, all fees and charges that have been collected in respect of any part of the course failing to be conducted on or after the date of cessation will be refunded within 1 month of the premature cessation.
The program allows for full refund of tuition fee (excluding application fee) if withdrawal notice in writing is received by Kaplan Higher Education (HK) Limited prior to the start of the term. There will be no refund of installment fee if withdrawal notice is received after the start of a specified term.
